Stringent tests were carried out between 1989 and February 1991 in England in all weather conditions. These tests
were undertaken by Mr Donald Harrison C.B.E., D.F.H., M.I.E.E., C.E. who is an eminent Physicist, a member
of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer.
He has carried out physics and nuclear research at the Atomic Energy Establishments at Harwell in England and Wintrith in England on behalf of the British Government
Mr Harrison was subsequently Deputy Chief Scientist at the Department of Industry concerned with scientific research programs
in Industrial and Government Research Laboratories and is very highly regarded by his peers in his field of physics.
Successful tests were also carried out by nationwide E.T.R.S. Metallurgists in 1991 and Material Insights
Pty Ltd, Metallurgists, in 1997. C.R.I.Q. laboratories in Québec, Canada, also carried out significant
successful testing in 2000.
